The Person Training maintenance document is used to establish and maintain numeric codes and textual description values which are stored in database tables. This data serves as reference information that is made available for display and selection in various areas of the system, including other e-docs.

Required. Enter a value to identify this Person Training record in the system. You may use one or more letters and/or numbers. |

Required. Click to select a Training option from the list. If you do not know the Training Code, click to find and select one from the Training Lookup screen by clicking . In the search result list, click return value for your Training Code selection. You can confirm the Training Code you selected by clicking . |
Date Requested |
Optional. Enter or click to select the Date Requested. |
Date Submitted |
Optional. Enter or click to select the Date Submitted. |
Date Acknowledged |
Optional. Enter or click to select the Date Acknowledged. |
Followup Date |
Optional. Enter or click to select the Followup Date. |
Score |
Optional. Enter score on the training test or exam. |
Comments |
Optional. Enter comments in this free-form text box. Click the add note icon to view/edit/paste text in a new browser window, then click the continue button to return to the text entry field in the document. |
Is Active |
Select to activate, making it available for selection and viewing. Clear to deactivate. |
