The Address Type Lookup screen allows you to search for Address Type Names and Codes.

Display-only. The unique code for this type of address. |

Display-only. The familiar title of this address type. |

Display Sort Code |
Display-only. An alphabetical character used to determine the order in which address types are displayed in the dropdown list on the Person document. |

Active Indicator |
Display-only. Indicates whether this address type is
active (in which case the system displays it in the Address Type dropdown
list on the Person document). Select the radio button |
by clicking within a
circle to place a dot within it to indicate your selection of the desired
