Citizenship Type

The CitizenshipType maintenance document is used to establish and maintain numeric codes and textual description values which are stored in database tables.  This data serves as reference information that is made available for selection and display in other e-docs.

PI Citizenship Type:  KC also provides a Custom Data attribute named “PI Citizenship Info” that is defined as a lookup of Citizenship Type with the following values:

-U.S. Citizen or Noncitizen National

-Permanent Resident of U.S. Pending

-Permanent Resident of U.S.

-Non-U.S. Citizen with Temporary Visa

Edit Citizenship Type Section

The Edit Citizenship Types section of the Citizenship Type maintenance document is a unique section that allows you to specify and maintain the details associated with the reference table record in fields.

Citizenship Type

Required.  Enter the numeric code value used to identify and reference this citizenship type.

Description

Required.  Enter a textual name that uniquely describes this citizenship type as it is commonly referred to.

Active

Click within the checkbox to select the item.  A check mark appears within the checkbox to indicate the item is selected.  Click within the checkbox again to clear the mark and deselect the item.
