The Degree Type maintenance document exists for the purpose of establishing and maintaining information used for reference and selection on other KC documents and screens pertaining to types of degrees held by project personnel. It is used to establish and maintain numeric codes and textual description values which are stored in database tables. This data serves as reference information that is made available for display and selection in various areas of the system, including other e-docs. Degree Types refer to degree(s) earned by key personnel listed in proposal records. On the Key Personnel page of the KC Proposal Development e-doc, you select a Degree Type from the Degree subsection for each listed person.
Existing Value Modification: Existing values can be edited as long as the description is synonymous with the original term. You can add new values. You should not delete existing values. |
