The Institutional Proposal page contains the key data for a proposal and its awards. It is the first page displayed upon opening an Institutional Proposal document and contains the following sections:

Notes and Attachments	Miscellaneous notes and attachments.
Delivery Info	Method the proposal was delivered to the Sponsor.
Keywords	Science keyword names and related actions.
