Document Overview
- This function of WVU+kc is only available to Office of Sponsored Programs staff.
The Document Overview section of the Institutional Proposal page is common to most WVU+kc e-docs. It provides a description of the document and is comprised of three fields.

Required. Create a unique description for the project by clicking within the text box and entering text as necessary to provide the appropriate information. This description should be the last name of the PI, the OSP number, and the short title for the project. This text box has a 40-character limit. |
Organization Document Number |
When applicable, add a number that uniquely identifies the document. |
Explanation |
Create a more detailed explanation and purpose of the proposal in this field. Click within the text box and type or click the add note |
