The Protocol Correspondence Type maintenance document is used to establish and maintain numeric codes and textual description values which are stored in database tables. This data serves as reference information that is made available for display and selection in various areas of the system, including other e-docs.

Naming Inconsistency: In the Compliance group of the Maintenance menu, the link to access this maintenance document is listed as Correspondence Type, however, the document the link accesses is labeled Protocol Correspondence Type. The available “modules” you can associate with a correspondence type are all related to Protocol.
