The Attachments section of the Comments, Notes & Attachments page displays the type of attachment, description, and document associated with an Award document.

Description |
Required. A description of the document being attached to the Award document. To view a description in its entirety, click the green arrow icon. A pop-up window appears that displays the complete text. |

The path and filename of the document being attached. |

The view button allows an attached document to be viewed and saved as a pdf file. |
Select the type of document that will be attached from the drop-down menu of options in the Attachment Type field. Provide a description of the file that will be uploaded by clicking within the Description field and entering text as necessary. Click the Browse button, then navigate to and select the desired document from the File Upload field and then click Open. Click the add button to add the document as an attachment. The document will appear as a numbered line item below the Add row.
To view a description in its entirety, click the green arrow icon. A popup window will appear that displays the entire text. To view and/or save an attachment, click the view button. A dialog box should appear prompting users to Open with or Save File. Select the desired option and click OK. The attachment will appear in the default viewing program.
