Performance Site Locations

The Performance Site Locations subsection requires selection of at least one site location where project activities will occur. This should be the physical address of the building where project activity will occur. You may add multiple site locations if the project will be conducted at multiple sites.

Add a Performance Site Location

To add a Performance Site Location to the Proposal document:

1. Click the search icon within the Add field to view the Address Book Lookup page to find and select a site location.
2. Enter the appropriate information in the search fields to find the site location needed or leave all fields blank to display all locations and then click the search button to display a list of addresses. You may also create new Address Book entries (click the link below the search area) if the performance site cannot be located.

3. Search results will populate below the search button. Address locations matching the search will be displayed below a statement about the number of items retrieved and the number of items displayed.
4. In the search results, click the return value link to insert that site location into the Add field in the Performance Site Locations subsection.
5. Click the Add button to attach the selected location to the Proposal Document.

Congressional Districts

You can also identify the congressional district where the project activity will occur. This information is used for reporting.

To add a Congressional District to the Proposal document:

1. Click the show button to view the fields in this area.

2. From the State field drop-down list, select the state where research activities will take place.
3. Enter the District Number in the field.
4. Click the Add button to attach the selected congressional district to the Proposal Document.
