The Questions page requires you to complete two questionnaires about policy and compliance issues for the proposed sponsored project. Answer all questions truthfully to the best of your knowledge. The Office of Sponsored Programs will send the proposal back to you if information is missing or is not correct, making it take longer to process your proposal.
The header of each checklist will display with red lettering and the word 'Incomplete' until all questions are completed and saved. After each questionnaire has been answered, the header will turn green and show the that questions are all 'Complete'. You may use the show and hide buttons in each header to expand or collapse each questionnaire for easier viewing.

The first questionnaire asks about policy items relating to funding, budgeting, and WVU policies. The first four questions will determine whether you'll be required to attach additional documents to the proposal based on branching question responses. |

The second questionnaire asks if this project will touch on areas that may require IRB protocol submission and asks about a few state and federal regulations. |
