The Notes section allows you to include any reminders or other notes to yourself or others who will be editing or reviewing the proposal document. This could include a reminder to complete remaining parts of an attachment before submission, or a note to the Office of Sponsored Programs about the proposal. Key personnel with Aggregator (edit) permissions can delete notes; for example to delete the reminder after an attachment has been completed. Proposal approvers and OSP can also include notes.

Description

Posted Timestamp

A date and timestamp will appear in this field after a note has been added to the Notes section.

Author

The name of the individual who recorded the note will appear in this field after a note has been added to the Notes section.

Note Topic

Required. Enter a topic describing the content of this note. This field is limited to 40 characters.

Note Text

Required. Enter the content of the note you wish to leave for yourself or others. You may use up to 800 characters in this field.

Actions

Click the add button to insert the attachment.

You may also click the reset button to clear the fields and start over.
