Notes and Attachments page
Proposal Development Document, Notes and Attachments Page Layout

The Notes and Attachments page allows other documents, such as budget information, grants package data, additional lists of personnel, or facilities alterations, to be attached to the Proposal Development document. Separate sections on the Notes and Attachments page can be used for adding documents related to the proposal itself or for personnel-related items, as well as sections for any internal notes or attachments intended for the Office of Research Integrity and Compliance.

Description

Proposal Attachments

Attachments that may be required for the proposal type selected, as well as other documents related directly to the proposal itself should be added in this section.

Personnel Attachments

Attachments related to a specific personnel member should be added in this section.

Internal Attachments

Attachments for review by ORIC, such as supplemental forms, should be added in this section.

Notes

If there are any additional notations that should be seen by the ORIC, type the information in this section.
