Figure 204 Protocol Document, Protocol Actions Page – Summary & History Section
View key information about the protocol document in the Summary & History subsection of the Protocol Actions page. This section is comprised of three subsections: Summary, Submission Details, and History. Each section provides a read-only view of information display for review. The History subsection also contains functionality that allows users to select date ranges to customize the display of historical actions and summary information.
| Protocol Actions | Description |
|---|---|
| Summary | Displays identifying information about the protocol document including key dates, personnel, status, type, area of research, attachments, funding sources, participant types, organizations involved, and special review information. |
| Submission Details | Displays information about the protocol submission, its reviewers, vote summary, check list items, and review comments. |
| History | Select a date range to display actions and comments that occurred within that time period. This range can also be loaded into the Summary section. |

To customize the Summary section view, select an Action Date Range to view in the History subsection. Click the calendar icon to select or type in the mm/dd/yyyy format to populate the Beginning On and Ending On boxes with the desired date. Click the filter 
button and the History section will display actions within the selected range. Click the load 
button to customize the Summary section accordingly.
