The History subsection displays the history of the protocol submission including date the protocol was created, submitted to the IRB, assigned to an agenda, and recorded committee decision. Additional dates include Specific Minor Revisions Required and Approval.
View Action Date Range
The History subsection also contains functionality to select a date range to customize the display of historical actions and summary information about the protocol. Within the View Action Date Range field, click the calendar 
icon to select date or type in mm/dd/yyyy format to populate the Beginning On and Ending On fields with the desired dates. Then click the filter button to customize the information displayed. Select the radio 
button by clicking within the circle to place a dot within it to indicate the selection of the desired mode, then click the load 
button to customize the Summary section so that information displayed in it is restricted to the selected action date range.
