Valid Award Basis of Payment

 

The Valid Award Basis of Payment maintenance document is used to establish and maintain numeric codes and textual description values which are stored in database tables.  This data serves as reference information that is made available for display and selection in various areas of the system, including other e-docs.

Valid Award Basis Payment Id	Required.  Enter a unique numeric value to identify the valid basis of payment method for an award.
Award Type Code	Required.  Use the drop-down menu by clicking the down arrow to display the list, and then click on an item in the list to highlight and select it to populate the box with your selection.  Type the suspected value in the box and click the direct inquiry icon or click the lookup icon to search for and return the value to populate the box automatically.
Basis Of Payment Code	Required.  Use the drop-down menu by clicking the down arrow to display the list, and then click on an item in the list to highlight and select it to populate the box with your selection.  Type the suspected value in the box and click the direct inquiry icon or click the lookup icon to search for and return the value to populate the box automatically.
