Proposal Development Document, Permissions Layout
The permissions page allows the initiator (the person creating the proposal development document) or other team members with editing privileges to set access permissions for yourself or for other project team members. The Principal Investigator and any other Co-Investigators that you selected on the Key Personnel page will automatically be set up with Aggregator permissions that allow them to both view and edit the content of the proposal development document.
- Two users cannot edit the proposal document at the same time. Opening the document in Edit mode automatically locks the proposal until you click the Close button.
This will close and unlock the document so others can edit. If you forget to Close the document, it will automatically unlock after 24 hours.
